Dr. Joy Uya, DO

Dr. Uya has over 15 years of experience as a Physician. She is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with a passion for helping one achieve their personal health and wellness goals. She also specializes in research and development and hair transplants. She has practiced in a range of settings, including office-based, rural clinic, telemedicine, medical missions and hospital medicine. She received her Medical School Training at Oklahoma State University Health Sciences Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She completed her residency at Integris Bass Baptist Family Medicine Residency in Enid, Oklahoma. She chose to pursue Osteopathic Medicine because she wholeheartedly believes and considers all aspects of treating the whole person and not just the symptoms. She believes that proper sleep, nutrition, stress management and physical activity are all part of maintaining and improving your overall health. She enjoys walking outdoors in the fall season and working on arts and crafts with her two young daughters.
