Dr. Joseph Claiborne, III MD, FACP

Dr. Joseph Claiborne, III MD, FACP is a board-certified internal medicine physician, specializing in hair transplant surgery and wellness, including weight loss management in Dallas - Fort worth.

Dr. Claiborne is a two-sport student-athlete and certified personal trainer, and earned an athletic scholarship to Howard University, where he played football and also ran track while completing his Bachelor of Science. Although satisfying, he endeavored to have a bigger impact in health care to his clients through medicine. He then pursued functional medicine training at Cleveland Clinic where he was the recipient of their prestigious institute of functional medicine scholarship. This allowed him to achieve his passion of creating an integrated and holistic approach to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic diseases which commonly contributes to one’s hair loss, preventing weight gain, weight-loss and significantly negatively affecting one’s quality of life.
